अन्ये ऊचुः ।
सर्वाशाः किल संत्यज्य फलमेतदवाप्यते ।
येनाशाविषवल्लीनां मूलमाला विलूयते ॥ १५ ॥

sarvāśāḥ kila saṃtyajya phalametadavāpyate ,
yenāśāviṣavallīnāṃ mūlamālā vilūyate 15

15. Others said: Indeed, this result (mokṣa) is attained by completely abandoning all desires, a result by which the entire network of roots of the poisonous creeper of hopes (āśā) is severed.
