योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-8, verse-10

अन्ये ऊचुः ।
द्रष्टृदर्शनदृश्यानि त्यक्त्वा वासनया सह ।
दर्शनप्रथमाभासमात्मानं समुपास्महे ॥ १० ॥
anye ūcuḥ ,
draṣṭṛdarśanadṛśyāni tyaktvā vāsanayā saha ,
darśanaprathamābhāsamātmānaṃ samupāsmahe 10
10. anye ūcuḥ draṣṭṛdarśanadṛśyāni tyaktvā vāsanayā
saha darśanaprathamābhāsam ātmānam samupāsmahe
10. anye ūcuḥ draṣṭṛdarśanadṛśyāni vāsanayā saha
tyaktvā darśanaprathamābhāsam ātmānam samupāsmahe
10. Others said: Having abandoned the seer, the act of seeing, and the seen, along with all latent impressions (vāsanā), we worship the self (ātman) which is the first, fundamental appearance of perception itself.
