योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-31, verse-25

अथ क्रमेण संत्यज्य प्रश्वासोच्छ्वाससंविदः ।
संनिवेशं त्यजामीममनर्थं देहनामकम् ॥ २५ ॥
atha krameṇa saṃtyajya praśvāsocchvāsasaṃvidaḥ ,
saṃniveśaṃ tyajāmīmamanarthaṃ dehanāmakam 25

25. Then, by gradually relinquishing the awareness of inhalation and exhalation, I renounce this worthless dwelling called the body.
