न च तिष्ठामि कार्येषु संपत्स्वापद्दशासु च ।
न किंचिदपि वाञ्छामि देहत्यागादृते मुने ॥ २३ ॥

na ca tiṣṭhāmi kāryeṣu saṃpatsvāpaddaśāsu ca ,
na kiṃcidapi vāñchāmi dehatyāgādṛte mune 23

23. na ca tiṣṭhāmi kāryeṣu sampatsu āpaddaśāsu ca
na kiñcit api vāñchāmi dehatyāgāt ṛte mune

23. ca na kāryeṣu sampatsu ca āpaddaśāsu tiṣṭhāmi
ca mune na kiñcit api dehatyāgāt ṛte vāñchāmi

23. I do not involve myself in affairs, whether in prosperity or in adversity. And, O sage, I desire nothing at all except for the abandonment of this body.
