वाल्मीकि-रामायणम् vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-49, verse-15

तस्याहं लोकपालस्य वाक्यं तत् सुसमाहितः ।
नैव जात्वनृतं कुर्यामिति मे सौम्य दर्शनम् ॥१५॥

15. tasyāhaṃ lokapālasya vākyaṃ tat susamāhitaḥ ,
naiva jātvanṛtaṃ kuryāmiti me saumya darśanam.

15. O gentle one (saumya), being very attentive, I consider that statement of that protector of the world (lokapāla). My principle (darśana) is that I should never utter an untruth.
