ततो ऽहमागां किष्किन्धां निराशस्तस्य जीविते ।
राज्यं च सुमहत् प्राप्तं तारा च रुमया सह ।
मित्रैश्च सहितस्तत्र वसामि विगतज्वरः ॥८॥
8. tato'hamāgāṃ kiṣkindhāṃ nirāśastasya jīvite ,
rājyaṃ ca sumahat prāptaṃ tārā ca rumayā saha ,
mitraiśca sahitastatra vasāmi vigatajvaraḥ.
8. tataḥ aham āgām kiṣkindhām nirāśaḥ
tasya jīvite rājyam ca sumahat
prāptam tārā ca rumayā saha mitraiḥ

8. Then I arrived in Kiṣkindhā, despairing of his life. A very great kingdom was obtained, along with Tārā and Rumā. And accompanied by my friends, I reside there, free from anxiety.
