वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-37, verse-2

राक्षसाभ्यामहं द्वाभ्यामनिर्विण्णस्तथा कृतः ।
सहितो मृगरूपाभ्यां प्रविष्टो दण्डकावनम् ॥२॥
2. rākṣasābhyāmahaṃ dvābhyāmanirviṇṇastathā kṛtaḥ ,
sahito mṛgarūpābhyāṃ praviṣṭo daṇḍakāvanam.

2. Although undaunted, I was thus engaged by the two Rākṣasas. Accompanied by them, in the form of deer, I entered the Daṇḍaka forest.
