Thus, having received auspicious blessings from those ascetics (tapasvin) and twice-born (dvija) individuals who stood with folded hands, Rāghava, the vanquisher of foes (parantapa), entered the forest accompanied by his wife and Lakshmana, just as the sun enters a realm of clouds.
