वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-33, verse-11

सा तु सत्यवती पुण्या सत्ये धर्मे प्रतिष्ठिता ।
पतिव्रता महाभागा कौशिकी सरितां वरा ॥११॥
11. sā tu satyavatī puṇyā satye dharme pratiṣṭhitā ,
pativratā mahābhāgā kauśikī saritāṃ varā.

11. Indeed, that Kauśikī, named Satyavatī, is pure and steadfast in truth and in the natural law (dharma). She is a chaste wife, greatly fortunate, and the foremost among rivers.
