संजय उवाच ।
यन्मा पृच्छसि राजेन्द्र सिन्धुराजस्य विक्रमम् ।
शृणु तत्सर्वमाख्यास्ये यथा पाण्डूनयोधयत् ॥१॥

Saṃjaya said: O great king, listen to what you ask me concerning the valor of the King of Sindhu. I will narrate everything concerning how he fought the Pandavas.
