महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-64, verse-8

एवं त्वामभिजानन्ति तपसा भाविता नराः ।
आत्मदर्शनतृप्तानामृषीणां चापि सत्तमः ॥८॥
8. evaṁ tvāmabhijānanti tapasā bhāvitā narāḥ ,
ātmadarśanatṛptānāmṛṣīṇāṁ cāpi sattamaḥ.
8. evam tvām abhijānanti tapasā bhāvitāḥ narāḥ
ātmadarśanatṛptānām ṛṣīṇām ca api sattamaḥ
8. evam tapasā bhāvitāḥ narāḥ tvām abhijānanti
ca api sattamaḥ ātmadarśanatṛptānām ṛṣīṇām
8. Thus, men purified by austerity (tapas) recognize you. And, O best among the good (sattama), even sages who are content with the vision of the self (ātman) [recognize you].
