एवं वसन्तं यदुपप्लवेद्धनमाचार्याय तदनुप्रयच्छेत् ।

While dwelling thus (as a student), whatever wealth may unexpectedly come to him, he should offer that to the teacher (guru). In this way, he attains the highly meritorious conduct (vṛtti) of the virtuous. And this same conduct (vṛtti) should also be extended to the teacher's son.
