O Kuru descendant, in the Pañcāla country, they speak of Utpalāvatam, a place where Viśvāmitra, the descendant of Kuśika, performed sacrifices along with Śakra (Indra), and where the revered Jāmadagnya (Paraśurāma) also recited the lineage.
