महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-56, verse-14

ततः सा बाष्पकलया वाचा दुःखेन कर्शिता ।
उवाच नैषधं भैमी शोकोपहतचेतना ॥१४॥
14. tataḥ sā bāṣpakalayā vācā duḥkhena karśitā ,
uvāca naiṣadhaṁ bhaimī śokopahatacetanā.

14. Then, emaciated by sorrow, Bhīmī (Damayantī), whose mind was afflicted by grief (śoka), spoke to Nala with a voice choked with tears.
