He, the omniscient (sarvavit) great soul (mahātman) Mārkaṇḍeya, whose energy was immeasurable, upon seeing Draupadī, Kṛṣṇā (Draupadī), Yudhiṣṭhira, Bhīmasena, and Arjuna, and remembering Rāma in his mind, smiled amidst the ascetics (tapasvin).
