O best of men, O Pārtha, the virtuous Saptarṣis (seven sages) shine in heaven, honoring that ancient natural law (dharma) which was established by the Creator (Dhātṛ), embodying the principle that one should not resort to unrighteousness (adharma) by saying, 'I am not master of my power (bala).'
