महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-140, verse-8

तैस्तात बलिभिर्गुप्ता यातुधानैश्च रक्षिताः ।
दुर्गमाः पर्वताः पार्थ समाधिं परमं कुरु ॥८॥
8. taistāta balibhirguptā yātudhānaiśca rakṣitāḥ ,
durgamāḥ parvatāḥ pārtha samādhiṁ paramaṁ kuru.

8. O dear one, O Pārtha, those mountains are protected by powerful beings and guarded by demons (yātudhāna), making them difficult to access. Therefore, achieve supreme concentration (samādhi).
