महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-108, verse-1

लोमश उवाच ।
भगीरथवचः श्रुत्वा प्रियार्थं च दिवौकसाम् ।
एवमस्त्विति राजानं भगवान्प्रत्यभाषत ॥१॥
1. lomaśa uvāca ,
bhagīrathavacaḥ śrutvā priyārthaṁ ca divaukasām ,
evamastviti rājānaṁ bhagavānpratyabhāṣata.

divaukasām evam astu iti rājānam bhagavān pratyabhāṣata
1. Lomaśa said: Having heard Bhagīratha's words, and for the benefit of the gods (divaukas), the revered lord (Bhagavān) replied to the king, saying, "So be it."
