महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-55, verse-7

नियोगाच्च हते तस्मिन्कृष्णेनामित्रघातिना ।
एवं ते ज्ञातयः सर्वे मोदमानाः शतं समाः ॥७॥
7. niyogācca hate tasminkṛṣṇenāmitraghātinā ,
evaṁ te jñātayaḥ sarve modamānāḥ śataṁ samāḥ.
7. niyogāt ca hate tasmin kṛṣṇena amitraghātinā
evaṃ te jñātayaḥ sarve modamānāḥ śataṃ samāḥ
7. And by divine decree, when he (Kaṃsa) was slain by Kṛṣṇa, the destroyer of foes, all those kinsmen thus rejoiced for a hundred years.
