महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-26, verse-1

वैशंपायन उवाच ।
एतस्मिन्नेव काले तु भीमसेनोऽपि वीर्यवान् ।
धर्मराजमनुज्ञाप्य ययौ प्राचीं दिशं प्रति ॥१॥
1. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
etasminneva kāle tu bhīmaseno'pi vīryavān ,
dharmarājamanujñāpya yayau prācīṁ diśaṁ prati.

1. Vaiśampāyana said: At this very time, the mighty Bhīmasena also, having obtained permission from the king of righteousness (dharma-rāja), departed towards the eastern direction.
