महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-26, verse-8

सोऽश्वमेधेश्वरं राजन्रोचमानं सहानुजम् ।
जिगाय समरे वीरो बलेन बलिनां वरः ॥८॥
8. so'śvamedheśvaraṁ rājanrocamānaṁ sahānujam ,
jigāya samare vīro balena balināṁ varaḥ.
8. saḥ aśvamedheśvaram rājan rocamānam sahānujam
jigāya samare vīraḥ balena balinām varaḥ
8. O King, that hero, the foremost among the mighty, conquered in battle the resplendent lord of the (aśvamedha) horse sacrifice, along with his younger brother, by his great strength.
