महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-13, verse-16

यो मां प्रयतते हन्तुं तपसा संशितव्रतः ।
ततस्तपसि तस्याथ पुनः प्रादुर्भवाम्यहम् ॥१६॥

16. Whoever, whose vow is firm, strives to grasp me through spiritual austerity (tapas), I then manifest again within that very austerity (tapas) of his.
