सर्वविद्यस्तु चक्षुष्मानपि यादृशतादृशः ।

9. Indeed, one who is omniscient and one who is discerning (even if he is otherwise unremarkable)—these two are declared to be performers of austerity (tapasvins). To them, homage should always be paid.
