महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-339, verse-21

एतत्ते कथितं पुत्र यथावदनुपृच्छतः ।
सांख्यज्ञाने तथा योगे यथावदनुवर्णितम् ॥२१॥

21. etatte kathitaṁ putra yathāvadanupṛcchataḥ ,
sāṁkhyajñāne tathā yoge yathāvadanuvarṇitam.

21. O son, this has been explained to you correctly as you inquired. It has been described appropriately in both Sāṃkhya knowledge and (yoga).
