महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-116, verse-5

अभिषिक्तो हि यो राजा राज्यस्थो मित्रसंवृतः ।
असुहृत्समुपेतो वा स कथं रञ्जयेत्प्रजाः ॥५॥
5. abhiṣikto hi yo rājā rājyastho mitrasaṁvṛtaḥ ,
asuhṛtsamupeto vā sa kathaṁ rañjayetprajāḥ.
