महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-131, verse-5

कथ्यमाने तथा रम्ये नगरे वारणावते ।
गमने पाण्डुपुत्राणां जज्ञे तत्र मतिर्नृप ॥५॥
5. kathyamāne tathā ramye nagare vāraṇāvate ,
gamane pāṇḍuputrāṇāṁ jajñe tatra matirnṛpa.

5. O King, when the beautiful city of Vāraṇāvata was being described, a thought arose concerning the departure of the Pāṇḍavas to that place.
