महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-131, verse-1

वैशंपायन उवाच ।
ततो दुर्योधनो राजा सर्वास्ताः प्रकृतीः शनैः ।
अर्थमानप्रदानाभ्यां संजहार सहानुजः ॥१॥
1. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
tato duryodhano rājā sarvāstāḥ prakṛtīḥ śanaiḥ ,
arthamānapradānābhyāṁ saṁjahāra sahānujaḥ.
1. vaiśampāyana uvāca tataḥ duryodhanaḥ rājā sarvāḥ tāḥ
prakṛtīḥ śanaiḥ arthamānapradānābhyām saṃjahāra sa anujaḥ
1. Vaiśampāyana said: Then King Duryodhana, along with his younger brothers, gradually gathered all those subjects by offering wealth and honors.
