लुठन्तमिव हेमन्तं लोडयन्तं जनास्पदम् ।
वीचिविक्षोभचपलं परचित्तमहार्णवम् ॥ १३ ॥

13. This great ocean of others' minds (paracittamahārṇavam) is like the rolling winter (hemanta), churning the abodes of people, and is fickle due to the turbulence of its waves.
