भवभयबहुलाकुलास्थितां स प्रसभमसत्सरितं तरिष्यतीति ॥ २१ ॥

Śrī Vālmīki said: 'Whoever with a pure intellect thoroughly contemplates this virtuous narrative of Bhuśuṇḍa will effortlessly traverse the river of unreality (saṃsāra), which is characterized by abundant fear of existence (saṃsāra) and agitation, and in which one is situated.'
