श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
इति यावत्प्रतिवचः पुष्पहस्तः शिखिध्वजः ।
प्रणामाय ददात्येष तावदन्तर्धिमाययौ ॥ ६ ॥
इति यावत्प्रतिवचः पुष्पहस्तः शिखिध्वजः ।

śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca ,
iti yāvatprativacaḥ puṣpahastaḥ śikhidhvajaḥ ,
praṇāmāya dadātyeṣa tāvadantardhimāyayau 6

Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: As soon as Śikhidhvaja, with flowers in hand, was about to give this reply for a salutation, he immediately disappeared.
