साधको हि शुचिर्भूत्वा स्वाचान्तः सुसमाहितः ।

17. Indeed, the practitioner (sādhaka), having become pure, having performed self-purification with water (ācamana), and being well-concentrated, eradicates the entire `viṣūcikā` (cholera) by this method.
