(त्वम्) वातलेखात्मिका व्याधिः विषूचिका भविष्यसि(त्वम्) सगुणम् विगुणं च एव जनम् आसादयिष्यसि।

You will manifest as the disease viṣūcikā, characterized by wind disturbances. You will certainly affect people, both those possessing good qualities and those lacking them.
