दुर्देशवासिनः दुष्टाः तेषाम् हिंसां करिष्यसि

You will inflict harm upon those wicked individuals who reside in undesirable places. This will be done by entering their hearts through the vital breaths (prāṇas) and afflicting organs like the lotus-shaped spleen and others.
