When an individual (puruṣa), endowed with such profound discernment (viveka) and integrated self-awareness (abhimāna), becomes established in a state that is like an unoriginated fire (agni) composed of pure (vimala) sattva, then indeed, the seven-fold stage of (yoga), which illuminates consciousness (cetas), gradually descends for ultimate well-being (śiva).
