योगवासिष्ठः
yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ

आकाशे च यथा नास्तिशून्यत्वं व्यतिरेकवत् ।
जगत्त्वं ब्रह्मणि तथा नास्त्येवाप्युपलब्धिमत् ॥ ९ ॥
जगत्त्वं ब्रह्मणि तथा नास्त्येवाप्युपलब्धिमत् ॥ ९ ॥
ākāśe ca yathā nāstiśūnyatvaṃ vyatirekavat ,
jagattvaṃ brahmaṇi tathā nāstyevāpyupalabdhimat 9
jagattvaṃ brahmaṇi tathā nāstyevāpyupalabdhimat 9
9.
And as there is nothing in the sky except a negative emptiness, so the existence of the world in Brahma, is but a negative idea.
