एतद्वचो मया तत्र मुनिना व्याहृतं पुरा ।
श्रुतं हृदि च निक्षिप्तं नान्यथा तद्भविष्यति ॥१७॥

17. etadvaco mayā tatra muninā vyāhṛtaṃ purā ,
śrutaṃ hṛdi ca nikṣiptaṃ nānyathā tadbhaviṣyati.

hṛdi ca nikṣiptam na anyathā tat bhaviṣyati

17. These words were spoken to me by the (muni) there before. I have heard them and stored them in my heart; it will certainly not happen otherwise.
