भवन्तः कृतशास्त्रार्था बुद्धौ च परिनिष्ठिताः ।
संभूय च मदर्थो ऽयमन्वेष्टव्यो नरेश्वराः ॥१९॥

19. O lords of men, you have mastered the meaning of the scriptures and are perfectly established in intellect. Therefore, this matter of mine should be investigated by all of you acting together.
