वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-5, verse-12

रोचते यदि वा सख्यं बाहुरेष प्रसारितः ।
गृह्यतां पाणिना पाणिर्मर्यादा वध्यतां ध्रुवा ॥१२॥
12. rocate yadi vā sakhyaṃ bāhureṣa prasāritaḥ ,
gṛhyatāṃ pāṇinā pāṇirmaryādā vadhyatāṃ dhruvā.
