चतुर्युगानां संख्याता साधिका ह्येकसप्ततिः ।
कृतत्रेतादिसंज्ञानां यान्युक्तानि युगे मया ॥१२॥

12. caturyugānāṃ saṃkhyātā sādhikā hyekasaptatiḥ .

Indeed, seventy-one and a fraction (sādhikā) of the four ages (caturyugas) are counted. These are the ages named Krita, Treta, and so forth, which I have mentioned concerning an age (yuga).
