yaḥ ca sa indrān imān lokān icchan kuryāt vaśe balī

3.
And whoever, being mighty, could bring these worlds, even with Indra, under his control if he wished, that Kṛṣṇa, who is determined for the victory of the Pāṇḍavas, is the greatest in the world.
