ततो जालं बाणमयं विवृत्य संदृश्य भित्त्वा शरजालेन राजन् ।
द्वादशेषून्प्राहिणवं रणेऽहं ततः शक्तीर्व्यधमं घोररूपाः ॥९॥

9. tato jālaṁ bāṇamayaṁ vivṛtya; saṁdṛśya bhittvā śarajālena rājan ,

9. rājan,
tataḥ aham bāṇamayam jālam vivṛtya śarajālena (tāḥ) saṃdṛśya bhittvā raṇe dvādaśa īṣūn prāhiṇavam.

9. Then, O King, spreading a net made of arrows, and seeing those dreadful missile-weapons, I pierced them with an arrow-net. Subsequently, I hurled twelve arrows in battle and destroyed those dreadful missile-weapons.
