युष्माभिर्देवसंकाशाः कृपा भवतु वो मयि ॥१७॥

O sinless ones (vītakalmaṣāḥ), I desire instruction in asceticism (tāpasya) here. O god-like ones (devasaṃkāśāḥ), may your compassion (kṛpā) be upon me.
