महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-14, verse-6

अभक्षितविनाशं च देवनेन विशां पते ।
सातत्यं च प्रसङ्गस्य वर्णयेयं यथातथम् ॥६॥
6. abhakṣitavināśaṁ ca devanena viśāṁ pate ,
sātatyaṁ ca prasaṅgasya varṇayeyaṁ yathātatham.

6. O lord of the people, I shall truthfully describe the ruin of wealth not yet consumed or enjoyed, and the persistent attachment (prasaṅga) that arises from gambling.
