महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-14, verse-14

कुर्वतां शौचकर्माणि भीष्मस्य निधने तदा ।
महादानानि विप्रेभ्यो ददतामौर्ध्वदैहिकम् ॥१४॥
14. kurvatāṁ śaucakarmāṇi bhīṣmasya nidhane tadā ,
mahādānāni viprebhyo dadatāmaurdhvadaihikam.
