महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-93, verse-9

असत्पापिष्ठसचिवो वध्यो लोकस्य धर्महा ।
सहैव परिवारेण क्षिप्रमेवावसीदति ॥९॥
9. asatpāpiṣṭhasacivo vadhyo lokasya dharmahā ,
sahaiva parivāreṇa kṣipramevāvasīdati.

9. A king who has wicked and most sinful ministers, and who is a destroyer of the natural law (dharma), is deserving of death by the people. He, along with his entire retinue, quickly perishes.
