12.
A wise person (budhaḥ) who is benevolent in his dealings, unaffected by criticism or praise, of excellent behavior, endowed with good character, whose inner self (ātman) is serene, and who is self-controlled – having attained respect in this world, he certainly goes to heaven after death.
