Indeed, thus, (that which is) endowed with asceticism (tapas), like the sun and beyond darkness, (leads to the state where) the embodied being, who embodies the intrinsic nature (prakṛti) of the three worlds, through asceticism (tapas) attains that great lord (Maheśvara).
