महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-188, verse-9

विसंचारि निरालम्बं पञ्चद्वारं चलाचलम् ।
पूर्वे ध्यानपथे धीरः समादध्यान्मनोऽन्तरम् ॥९॥
9. visaṁcāri nirālambaṁ pañcadvāraṁ calācalam ,
pūrve dhyānapathe dhīraḥ samādadhyānmano'ntaram.
