महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-81, verse-16

एकपादस्थितश्चासीत्षण्मासाननिलाशनः ।
पुण्यकीर्तिस्ततः स्वर्गं जगामावृत्य रोदसी ॥१६॥
16. ekapādasthitaścāsītṣaṇmāsānanilāśanaḥ ,
puṇyakīrtistataḥ svargaṁ jagāmāvṛtya rodasī.
16. ekapādasthitaḥ ca āsīt ṣaṇmāsān anilāśanaḥ
puṇyakīrtiḥ tataḥ svargam jagāma āvṛtya rodasī
16. And for six months, he stood on one foot, subsisting only on air. Then, this one of sacred renown ascended to heaven, having pervaded both heaven and earth.
