महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-19, verse-14

वडवामुखदीप्ताग्नेस्तोयहव्यप्रदं शुभम् ।
अगाधपारं विस्तीर्णमप्रमेयं सरित्पतिम् ॥१४॥
14. vaḍavāmukhadīptāgnestoyahavyapradaṁ śubham ,
agādhapāraṁ vistīrṇamaprameyaṁ saritpatim.

agādhapāram vistīrṇam aprameyam saritpatim
14. They beheld the auspicious, unfathomable, vast, and immeasurable ocean, the lord of rivers, which offers water as an oblation to the blazing fire of the submarine mouth (Vaḍavāmukha).
